MEET THE TEAM

MD and Founder of RB Commercial, Jack started the company with just one van and begun carrying out roadside assistance jobs. Through organic growth the business has expanded into recovery and the company has continued to grow since. Typically found on the more technical and advanced jobs whilst ensuring the efficient day to day logistics of running the company.

Our most experienced member of the roadside assistance team, having started with RB in 2021 Rob has been at the forefront of the company growth whilst acting as Jacks right hand man, assisting whenever necessary and contributing to the planning and executing the daily workload including sourcing parts where required.

Simon joined the team in  June and began working out of the DAF LF completing light recovery and roadside assistance. Following the acquisition of our new 4 Wheel Underlift, Simon has seamlessly transitioned to completing Heavy Recovery.

Since joining the RB team in 2023 James has progressed from being part of the roadside assistance team into also assisting in the recovery operations so whether broken down and requesting a service van assistance or a recovery, James is able to aid.

Having joined the team in 2025, Stanley is part of our roadside assistance team.

Nick joined at the beginning of 2025 having previously worked as a qualified mechanic locally. Having been trained on the recovery aspect of the business, Nick is now able to assist with both light recoveries and roadside assistance.

Steve joined our recovery team in September and is part of our light recovery team, predominantly using our tilt and slide.

Having started with RB in 2022 to assist with the upkeep of the administration Leah has progressed to Operations Manager assisting with the day to day administration and invoicing along with managing the workload, job updates and arranging parts.

Laura joined the team in May this year and is involved in the day to day operations. Involved in managing the workload, providing job updates and arranging parts.
